MLS have been a key partner client since 2006 and for whom EAC have provided solutions across the entire range of services.
MLS Business Centres operate over 73 serviced offices across the UK and require new install, reinstallation and ongoing building maintenance for all electrical, gas, mechanical, air conditioning, secure door access, cctv, heating and fire alarm systems in all their buildings.
This contract has required EAC to provide a consistent, quality level of service for the wide range of buildings, old and new, large and small. By providing a full gamut of services EAC are able to deliver a smooth flowing work process across many varied types of operations, centrally controlled and managed with cost effective results.
Typically a project will be initiated by a call to our friendly EAC helpdesk and logged on to our ticketed job reference system. One of our engineers will then visit the site to ascertain a detailed specification and a price quoted upon the engineers report. On acceptance of the quotation a detailed project schedule is submitted for contract implementation and completion, along with creation of site autocad drawings, programme of works, method statements, risk assessments and health and safety policy document.
EAC have an excellent track record for completing projects on budget and on time, resulting on a very good working relationship with the MLS group of companies. |
